Can I cancel my tickets?
Sorry, as per event policies, ticket cancellations and refunds are not permitted. However, you can transfer your tickets to a friend or someone who can attend the show, provided the event has the ticket transfer option enabled.
To transfer tickets, the following details are required:
- A valid ID proof of the recipient.
- A copy of the E-ticket transferred in their name (which they will receive directly in their email).
Note: Online ticket transfers can only be performed up to 24 hours before the event.

- The list of tickets, dates, times, and venue details.
- Your downloadable/printable E-Tickets or entry passes.
