1. General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 2+ Days Prior: If you cancel your booking 2 days or more before the event date, you will receive a full refund of the ticket price, minus any service fees.
- Cancellation Within 1 Day / On Event Day: If you cancel your ticket on the event day or after the event day, no refunds will be issued.
- Organizer-Initiated Cancellations: If the Event Organizer cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues, etc.), attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price.
2. Refund Process
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the cancellation request or after the event cancellation notice is issued by the Event Organizer.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Additional Conditions: Any specific conditions related to partial payments, deposits, or promotional packages are subject to individual event guidelines and will be communicated during checkout.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
- Service fees and processing/convenience charges associated with ticket purchases.
- Physical merchandise, event add-ons, and optional donations.
- Tickets purchased under specific promotional packages or within the designated non-refundable window prior to the event.
4. Special Circumstances
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Blue Kite Events and Production Pvt. Ltd. (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to cancel the event without liability. Refunds in these cases will be at our sole discretion and may be issued as credit for future events.
- Ticket Transfers: Ticket transfers to another individual may be permitted. Please check the specific event details or contact our support team to verify transferability.
