Rule: If the performer arrives after 10 minutes of show start time they will not be allowed to perform & refunds will not be provided in such cases. So please make sure to arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time to avoid any inconvenience.

No the prices listed on the website are final, though extra delivery charges may be levied as per the individual seller’s policy.
Sorry, As per Event policy, do not cancel your tickets. What you can do is transfer the tickets to a friend or someone who can make it to the show if the said event has this option. Contact our Suppot team.
Transer tickets to your freinds or others require details are given below :-
a) A valid id proof
b) A copy of the E-ticket you transferred in their name, which s/he will receive in their email.
Please note that online transfers can only be carried out until 24 hours before the event.
